- 45 min Yoga Belly Dance Flow (fun & accessible for all levels)
- 15 min cool down & relaxation
- Optional: short circle dance to music at the end.
- Optional: InBody composition scan — a quick, non-invasive way to measure muscle mass, body fat, and water levels. It goes beyond what a scale can tell you by offering insights into overall balance and wellbeing. ONLY offered at Behavioral Fitness Studio.
✨ 2. The Class + Dance Circle Celebration (75–90 min)
- 50–60 min Yoga Belly Dance Flow
- 20–30 min guided dance circle to lively music
- Hip scarves & veils provided to create a festive atmosphere (for participants to use during the circle)
- Optional: InBody body composition scan — a quick, non-invasive way to measure muscle mass, body fat, and water levels. It goes beyond what a scale can tell you by offering insights into overall balance and wellbeing. ONLY offered at Behavioral Fitness Studio.
✨ 3. The Full Celebration Package (90 min – 2 hrs)
- Joyful Yoga Belly Dance Flow class (all levels welcome)
- Quick break while I change into a full performance costume
- Special solo performance (1–2 songs) honoring the birthday guest
- Guests join in a celebratory dance circle with hip scarves & veils
- Closing with uplifting energy so everyone feels celebrated
